Customer service can sure be a doozy--how do you handle a disgruntled customer who wants to return a bag filled with a mixture of used groceries?

Melonie stars as Pinelope the "Employee o' Everything" at Tar Yay who is at customer service when a grumpy customer arrives with a grocery bag of empty containers demanding a refund for unsatisfactory products. Pinelope has on black, pleather leggings, a red long sleeve mock turtle neck, and a red clerk vest. Her long brunette hair is half down half up, she has on dramatic makeup, with false eyelashes, and pink glossy lips. She also has on large beaded hoop earrings with dangles. The grumpy customer wears jeans, a black hoodie, and a black Bass Pro ball cap on backwards. He approaches first with a grocery bag filled with four boxes of white cake mix, two large applesauce containers, and two large mayo containers--all empty. He immediately comes off gruff with Pinelope demanding a refund. She tries to reason with him on why she cannot accept the products, but he continues to demand store credit and get more frustrated. He announces he hasn't use the products and has them in the car. Pinelope asks him to bring them inside then and with a huff he leaves to return with a brown bag that has an interesting weight and shape. Pinelope eyes the bag cautiously asking what is in the bag. He says its the ingredients and she says she simply cannot accept the products being mixed together as she can't resell them in that condition. He gets angrier and asks if there is a male manager, Pinelope begins to lose her patience and waddles his "food baby" back to him telling him to work on his recipe next time and waddles it back to him. She tells him she will not return the products and encourage future behavior such as this. He then angrily dumps the contents over her head and flips her off as he leaves. Pinelope yells at him throughout his actions and exits.

Ambient store sounds underscore the entire scene and a green screened back ground of a red sign saying Customer Service and a white mega store are seen. Pictures taken before and after filming are included.
