Embrace spontaneity as she shares her inner thoughts throughout. Enjoy the splat of her trust fall and various yoga stretches in her sexy fishnet and striped leotard. Enjoy as her silky tied pants slowly peel away from her juicy curves. Breathe with her as she goes from cat to cow pose and back again and stirs the mud pit with her hips in big, circular motions...

Lovely nature sounds (especially several chatty birds) can be heard throughout the scene... lovely until this crow caws the alarm of a shift in the universe... Adder Sprin's yoga mat quickly sinks into the thick mud and begin to pull her under. She struggles getting more and more coated with mud as she shakes back and forth getting pulled forward onto her front side. She resigns to going down telling the viewer not to let it get them down and she closes her eyes and leans her face forward... Then feels that the mat is caught on a root and pulls it and herself free. She laughs a bit embarrassed and relieved and explains how this too is a lesson in Mud Yoga (na mud ste). Her jewelry coated and slightly destroyed, her pants barely clinging on she puts her hands over her heart chakra and radiates out love to all that view the session no matter who or where they are.
